Ordering

Bellabee Sports Wear offers an online ordering service. Orders placed via any other means (phone, fax or email) will not be accepted. An order for goods is accepted at the time a purchase order is made. Payment will be validated and accepted in real time. Goods are subject to availability. If an item/items you have ordered is/are out of stock or delayed, we will notify you within three (3) working days. If Bellabee.com.au is not able to fulfil an order, payment will be refunded using the method received.

By choosing to submit a purchase order with Bellabee.com.au, customers agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions as set out by Bellabee.com.au. Bellabee Sports Wear reserves the right to make changes to the website at any time without notice.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only when the order has not yet been shipped.

Bellabee.com.au reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order at anytime without giving reason. We will make all reasonable effort to contact the customer using the details provided and all received monies will be refunded using the method received.

Receipt of Goods

The customer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault or damage immediately upon receipt of an item/items. In the event that an item is faulty or damaged, the customer is required to notify Bellabee.com.au immediately. Goods may be returned providing the garments are unworn have all tags intact and are accompanied by the receipt/invoice. Please refer to the Returns/Exchanges Policy for further information.

Returns/Exchanges Policy

Please state the reason for return and advise if you would like an exchange or refund. Returns will be accepted up to 14 days from original dispatch. Bellabee.com.au exists as an online store only.

Acceptance of returned items is subject to goods being inspected by Bellabee.com.au and being deemed, at our sole discretion, as in original, unworn condition with all tags and tickets intact.

In the interests of hygiene and health regulations, we request that all items be tried on over underwear.

Faulty Items

All Bellabee items are inspected before packing to ensure they are in excellent condition and items are packaged carefully to ensure minimal chance of damage during transit. The customer is responsible for inspecting all goods for fault or damage immediately upon receipt of an item/items. In the event that an item is faulty or damaged, the customer must notify Bellabee.com.au immediately. Bellabee.com.au reserves the right to determine whether an item is faulty/damaged.

Sale Items

Bellabee.com.au does not accept any returns for exchange or refund on sale item. All sale stock is limited, subject to availability and is available until sold out.

Pricing

Bellabee.com.au reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice. All prices and orders are displayed and processed in Australia Dollars (AUD) and does not include GST.

In the event that the price for an item is listed erroneously or the item description is incorrect, Bellabee.com.au reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders.

Liability

Bellabee.com.au does not accept liability for any loss or damages caused by this website, or any website linked to this website.

Shipping Policy

Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 2-3 working days of Order Confirmation subject to all ordered items being in stock.

If any items cannot be fulfilled from your order we will contact you via email.

Within Australia

Orders are dispatched through Australia Post (regular, surface mail) and, depending on the location, should arrive within 5-7 days working from dispatch.

A flat rate of $8.00 AUD applies to Australia/New Zealand.

 International Shipping

 Bellabee.com.au ships to most destinations around the world via Air Mail. Items should arrive within 10-30 working days from dispatch. Bellabee.com.au does not accept responsibility for customs delays, duties or taxes that may be applicable to an order. International customers are obliged to check with their local customs office regarding what, if any, duty they may incur and be liable for when an order arrives.

A flat rate of $20 AUD applies to all international deliveries.
